Personal Data Processing Policy
Version of 16 July 2026. This is a courtesy translation; the legally binding version is the Russian one.
1. General
This policy is drawn up in accordance with Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data" of 27 July 2006 and describes how personal data of the visitors of coinvestgroup.ru (the "Website") is processed and protected.

2. What data is processed
- data the visitor voluntarily submits via the request form: contact details (email address and/or phone number, including messenger-linked numbers) and the request details (crop, volume, destination country/point);
- technical data automatically recorded in the hosting provider's access logs: IP address, date and time of access, browser information (user-agent).
The Website does not use cookies and does not run web-analytics trackers.
No special categories of personal data or biometric data are processed. The Website is not intended for persons under 18.
3. Purposes of processing
- handling the visitor's request and contacting the visitor using the details provided;
- preparing and negotiating a commercial offer at the visitor's request;
- keeping the Website operational and secure (technical logs).
4. Legal grounds
Processing is based on the data subject's consent (Articles 6 and 9 of Law 152-FZ), given by ticking the checkbox in the request form before submitting it, and on the need to perform actions requested and initiated by the data subject.
5. Processing and transfers
A submitted request is delivered to the Operator's corporate email. Personal data is processed within the territory of the Russian Federation.
Personal data is not published, sold or shared with third parties, except in the cases directly required by the laws of the Russian Federation.
The Operator applies appropriate organisational and technical safeguards: access to the data is limited to authorised staff, the connection to the Website is protected with HTTPS, and the form is protected against automated spam.
6. Retention
Personal data is processed until the purposes of processing are achieved, the consent is withdrawn, or the processing is no longer needed — whichever comes first — and is then deleted.
7. Data subject rights
The visitor may request information about the processing of their personal data, demand its correction, blocking or deletion, and withdraw the consent at any time by writing to info@coinvestgroup.ru. Requests are handled within the time limits set by Law 152-FZ.
8. Final provisions
The Operator may amend this policy. The current version is permanently available on this page. Continued use of the Website after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated version.
